The Manatee County Falls Prevention Coalition was founded in 2012 with collaboration from the Florida Department of Health and many other community members and stakeholders. The main goal of the coalition is Senior Fall Prevention.

We are a nonprofit organization comprised of professionals focused on education and essential information for Manatee County residents to prevent injuries and falls among our seniors. We also provide resources for members of our community who may need equipment or other supplies to remain safe.
